It gives me tremendous pride and joy to share some truly outstanding news with you. We have just been officially authorised by the International Baccalaureate Organisation as an IB World School, delivering the Middle Years Programme (MYP). This is a significant milestone in our academy’s transformational journey and a moment of celebration for our entire community.
This achievement follows a rigorous two-day verification process and over 15 months of intense preparation, training and development. Our staff have shown exceptional dedication and professionalism throughout this journey. They have embraced new approaches, collaborated tirelessly, and worked above and beyond to ensure that our young people receive an inspiring and globally recognised education. I could not be prouder of what they have accomplished.
Being an IB MYP World School is far more than a badge or accreditation. It represents a powerful shift in how our students learn, think and grow. The MYP is designed to nurture curiosity, independence, creativity and resilience. It challenges students to make connections across subjects, explore real-world issues, and develop the personal qualities needed to thrive in a complex and rapidly changing world.
