complaints

Should you have a complaint, please follow the following steps:

  1. Please raise your concerns with your child’s Advisor, Class Teacher or Head of Department, who will try to resolve the issue.
  2. Please raise your concerns with your child’s Pastoral Academic Leader or Head of Year.
  3. Please contact the PA to the Principal, Nicki Riddle, by telephone on 01732 791971 Ext. 242. Nicki will record your complaint in writing and inform the Senior Leadership Team who will then personally investigate your complaint and respond to you within five school days.

If you deem your complaint to be unresolved after the principal has been given the opportunity to respond, please submit a formal complaint in writing to the Academy Director or use this form. Please see the Leigh Academies Trust contact information below.
