Dear Parents / carers
Subject: Blazer Exemption and Hot Weather Guidance
As we move into the final weeks of this module and with warmer weather forecast for the remainder of June and into July, we are very pleased to announce that blazers will be optional for students for the remainder of Module 6.
Students will not be required to wear blazers for the rest of this module. While we have already made this adjustment during the school day over the past two weeks, families may now choose for their child to leave their blazer at home entirely, if preferred. Of course, if a student feels more comfortable continuing to wear their blazer, they are very welcome to do so.
With the rise in temperatures, we would also like to remind everyone of the importance of staying hydrated. Please ensure that your child brings a reusable water bottle filled with water each day. Students are encouraged to take regular sips throughout the day, and they will be able to refill their bottles before school, during break and lunch, and after school.
Please note that all other elements of the school uniform remain unchanged and should continue to be worn as expected. Maintaining our high standards around uniform helps foster a strong sense of community and pride in our school.
A reminder that from Module 1 in the new academic year, blazers will once again be a compulsory part of our academy uniform.
Thank you, as always, for your support and understanding.
Yours Sincerely,
Mr Palak Shah | Principal
